MICROSOFT TECHNICAL SERVICES

DCS has been providing quality Technical Services since 1982 and is a fully qualified Microsoft Solution Provider with over 10 qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE’s) and Certified Professionals (MCP’s). These qualifications - gained only by passing stringent Microsoft examinations - are the only formal proof of the knowledge and expertise needed in implementing and supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft BackOffice products.

Should particularly complex system faults or requirements occur we have six senior engineers, who all have an extensive knowledge of computer technology and operating systems and have been troubleshooting complex systems for many years. Our in house workshop repair facility will ensure that our own skilled workshop engineers deal promptly with any hardware repairs or reconfiguration that may be necessary. DCS offers Equipment Maintenance Contracts and Non Contract Repairs on a variety of business computers and peripherals

CRM, SERVICE & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

DCS specialises in the provision of Turnkey bespoke solutions based on the powerful Client Server Windows Database, Equinox. This has resulted in the design and installation of a wide area of applications including the original ESTATEMAN Property Management System currently used by the country's leading Property Managers and for the Government of Gibraltar. In 2001 DCS launched “Dealer” an integrated CRM and Service Management System with live integration with Sage Line 50, Pegasus Opera II and Exchequer Enterprise

DCS offers unparalleled commitment to supporting and training end users on all Accounts Installations and offers Software Support Contracts for post installation continuity. DCS can offer either tailored or structured training on the above Accounts systems and all Microsoft Office Applications, either on-site or in our purpose-built training room

DCS’s policy of providing “best of breed” solutions is nowhere more apparent than in our choice of Office Applications and Collaborative Messaging solutions from simple e-mail to fully integrated information systems.
Inty & Microsoft Exchange Server provides network wide e-mail availability and can be set to dial the Internet on a regular basis to deliver outbound and to collect and distribute in-bound e-mail directly to the recipient’s desktop and Exchange also gives shared diaries with meeting planning facilities.

This prestigious listed building provides an ideal headquarters, set in mature landscaped grounds and offers an excellent setting to view, in relaxed surroundings, the latest computer technology running the world’s leading software packages.

Boston Lodge is extremely easy to find lying just off the A1. Exit the A1 at the A659 Tadcaster/Otley intersection following the signs for A659 Tadcaster and Boston Spa. Boston Lodge is 0.7 miles from the roundabout on the right hand side of the road facing Deepdale Community Centre just before entering Boston Spa.

After you drive into the Grounds you will find parking adjacent to our Main Office entrance and a warm welcome awaits you when you enter through the front door into our wood panelled reception hall.

FORMATION

Deans Computer Services was formed in 1982 by the current directors, who have more than 100 years of Computer Experience between them and has become an Accounting Systems Specialist offering Systems Consultancy and Integration, Networking Installations, Equipment Maintenance and Repairs, Software Installation, Support and Training, Bespoke Programming, Internet E-mail and E-Commerce Solutions and Business Forms.
