Outgoing Link - with the ability to create a Message for SMS, email, (which can be attached to the record) and the ability to dial from the screen, even down to contact level.

Incoming Link - allows you to attach Email, Fax, SMS, and a Voice Message to a Customer record in GoldMine (CRM)

Screen Popping Facility - ability to recognise a call using DDI, even down to contacts within a CRM record, and allowing the ability to jump to the record.

Call Recording Facility - the ability to record a call and attach it to a record in a CRM system, subject to hardware.
